About Me

Originally from the English countryside and with a background in extreme sports, at 18 I moved abroad to live in the French Alps. It was my love of snowboarding and looking for a way to further my skills that led me into a gym environment, and there I realised my true passion: health and fitness.

I moved to London to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer, and soon found myself working towards a new type of challenge: stepping onstage in my first fitness modelling competition, the WBFF.

I had success, winning my Pro Card in my first show, and earning the title of European Champion at my first Pro show not long after.
Since then I have used my knowledge and experience as a personal trainer and prep coach to guide others to similar success, with my comp prep team winning countless trophies and accolades of their own, and my non-competitive clients proving that you don't have to step on stage to achieve your dream body.
